Why Solar Cells?

Solar cells are the most crucial part of any satellite. Without a source of energy, a satellite's intricate components cannot function and its mission is unachievable.

CUSat is a multidisciplinary student team of 85 strong. This is a unique opportunity for Cornell alumni and generous Cornell supporters to make a significant contribution to undergraduate research education and to the development of space technologies.

How Can I Make A Difference?

A significant portion of our limited budget is already earmarked for solar cells. Your donation assists us in funding the purchase of our most expensive components. Each solar cell you sponsor will harness the Sun's energy to power the spacecraft - each donation adds an ounce of lifeblood to CUSat.
