What is Violet

Violet Satellite Violet is a high agility nanosatellite. It will act as a technology demonstrator for the next generation of Control Moment Gyroscope hardware and the steering laws that control them. Total mission success also involves validation of a high-agility nanosatellite architecture and a spectral analysis of the Earth's upper atmosphere.
